EMF Balancing Technique®. EMF Balancing Technique® utilizes tai chi like movements to clear and balance your personal energy field. Benefits include peace, clarity, self-empowerment and well-being. The energy is directed by your higher self; therefore, you are in complete control of each energy session. Reiki. Developed by Dr. Mikao Usui early in the 20th Century, Reiki is used to return the body, spirit and soul to greater wholeness. We each hold an ideal form which is the highest and clearest expression of who we are. Reiki, translated from Japanese as spiritual life force energy, is used by a practitioner to heal by bringing us closer in alignment to our ideal form.

Personal Training. Customized to your needs, each session is focused on your goals, health and well-being. Services provided  include the following:  sports specific training and performance, generalized fitness, weight-loss, injury prevention and post-rehabilitation.

Athletic Training.

Whole Body Vibration. We now offer the latest technology that has been sweeping Europe by storm. Researchers have demonstrated that whole body vibration increases peripheral blood flow, bone density, human growth hormone and testosterone levels and aids in muscular development. Elite athletes are currently utilizing this technology and now you can too.

Clinics and Classes.

Fitness Walks at Wildwood Park. I offer Beginning and Intermediate Fitness Walks at Wildwood Park through the Conejo Recreation and Park District. The beginning classes are on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 AM. The Intermediate Classes follow at 10:30 AM. The walks will last approximately 45 minutes and will be tailored to the ability of the group. As the walks progress, exercises will be incorporated. Please register at www.crpd.org.

Osteoporosis/Fall Prevention. Has your doctor told you that you have ostepenia? Do you have you fallen or are you afraid that you may? This class incorporates basic weight bearing and cardiovascular exercises to retard the progress of osteoporsis and prevent falls. Exercises focus on fall prevention through lower body strengthening and balance. This clinic also addresses factors that may contribute to falls such as your attention, the environment you are in and possible changes in your vision. Senior Walks in Westlake Village. For residents of LA County, Senior Walks at Bernice Bennette Park are only $5.00 for 6 weeks. We meet Friday mornings at 8:30 AM. Look for a pamphlet in your mail or stop by the Westlake Village City Hall or Library to pick one up. If you have additional questions, please call 805.298.2011 for more information.

Workout 101 Clinic. Ever walked into the gym and felt lost? This clinic is for you! During this 6 week course, we review the elements necessary for a solid exercise program including proper form, guidelines, program development and basic exercises. Balanced Mind & Body. Each session includes a complete work-out tailored specifically to your needs. Once a week an energy session of your choice completes your workout and enhances your overall well-being.

 

Beyond the Workout. Begin each session with a complete work-out customized to your individual needs and abilities. Like many elite athletes, accentuate the work you have done with whole body vibration. (Available in-studio only.)

 

Ultimate Health Package. Experience the complete package! Begin each session with a complete work-out customized to your individual needs and abilities. After each work-out, accentuate the work you have done with whole body vibration.
