Therapeutics (Ther Ex & Yoga Blend)
Mondays at 6:30 PM PST
A blend of Therapeutic Exercise and Yoga, Therapeutics focuses each week on a different areas of the body, working from the feet to the neck and jaw. In this class, learn about your body, discover modifications that can support injuries and reduce pain, explore exercises that can strengthen and support the body and understand how to move with more ease and comfort. Great for all levels of yoga experience, especially those dealing with pain and injury.

Private Yoga Sessions. Bring a little TLC and a keen eye for form to your yoga practice. We will work on together to build the your practice - improving resiliency, reducing stress, increasing flexibility and builing strength.
Group Yoga Classes. You choose what suits your groups yogic style and I'll design a program around its needs. I specialize in introductory classes which build the fundamentals of yoga poses, sport's specific yoga classes and Level 1-2 Vinyasa Flow.
Personal and/or Athletic Training. This is not your typical personal training session. Whether your are an acomplished adult looking to avoid falls, a cancer patient recovering from surgery, a client with a history of back pain, a golfer who is looking to improve his or her stroke, a business executive short on time or someone who is entirely new to exercise, we will work together to build the best program for you, optomizing your time and energy.
