Address your physical and emotional wellbeing!

It is the aim of The Body Defined to nurture the connection between the emotional and physical body to create a complete sense of health and well-being. Each service is designed to address your personal needs. I offer personal training, energy work, fitness walks and now, a revolutionary new tool, whole body vibration. It is my goal to help you achieve your personal goals whether they be emotional, physical or both.

Remember, you are the only one who can create change in your life. Changes occur because you take the first step. Take the time to look over my website and when you are ready call me at 805.298.2011.

I look forward to working with you!

Services.

Personal Training. As a personal training client, each workout is tailored to your physical abilities and limitations. To design programs to help you achieve your personal goals, I draw on over 10 years of personal training experience in addition to an extensive background in sport’s medicine and kinesiology to design a workout specifically for you.

Whole Body Vibration. Experience state of the art technology that is being used in European therapies and by elite athletes. Researchers have demonstrated the use of whole body vibration (WBV) in conjunction with a traditional exercise program possesses a plethora of health benefits including: increased peripheral blood flow, bone growth promotion, elevated production of human growth hormone and testosterone, improved flexibility and enhanced neuromuscular function. Whole body vibration boosts the benefits of your fitness program.

Reiki. Developed by Dr. Mikao Usui early in the 20th Century, Reiki is used to return the body, spirit and soul to greater wholeness. We each hold an ideal form which is the highest and clearest expression of who we are. Reiki, translated from Japanese as spiritual life force energy, is used by a practitioner to heal by bringing us closer in alignment to our ideal form.

EMF Balancing Technique. Health is created through balance of the physical and emotional body. Therefore, we cannot address our physical health without acknowledging the role that our emotional health plays in our overall wellbeing. I incorporate EMF Balancing Technique® into my practice to facilitate a more balanced state. Energy work such as EMF provides a deep relaxation, increased energy and release of emotional constraints.

Fitness Walks at Wildwood Park. If you enjoy being outdoors, I also offer a variety of fitness walks. In conjunction with the Conejo Recreation and Park District, I guide hikes in Wildwood Wilderness Park. Hiking outdoors has been demonstrated to elevate immunity for up to 3 days.
